GALLERY / PARTY ROOM
Features in the gallery room include a beam ceiling, a stone wood-burning fireplace, track lighting to highlight artwork, an adjoining wet-bar with custom stained glass lighting and a vinyl marble-look floor. Walls are covered with carpet for sound control. Enter this room directly from the Jolly Mill House front entry area. Seats 36 people for dinner.

GARAGE / CATERING KITCHEN
This area adjoining the Party Room is a two-car garage. But when hosting a large party in the Party Room and the outside terraces, this garage area can be converted into a Caterer's Kitchen. There is a sink, a range, and cabinets along one wall. These cabinets can be used to store tableware needed for large gatherings. The caterer does not have to use your kitchen, nor enter the rest of the house! This works very well and caterers love it!

STORAGE AREA
A general storage area with shelves for this floor. Holds all tables and chairs to set up the Party Room to seat 36 to 40 people. A wall safe is concealed in one wall.

MECHANICAL ROOM
All heating and air conditioning is done with ground source heat; this means the heat and cooling is pulled from the earth with circulating water. The ground maintains a 55 degee temperature year-round. While it was an expensive unit to install, it is very economical to operate. There are no combustion devices in the house.

GUEST TOILET
A toilet for guests is located off the main hallway. Coat hangers are located along the hallway for guest coats.

ENTERTAINING DECKS
There are three deck levels arranged to step down the hill, toward the mill pond and dam. A very nice place to seat about 40 people for an exceptional dinner party!

GUEST ROOM
This room has a large bathroom with a shower/tub, lavatory, toilet and bidet. Corner windows offer views of the mill pond, the dam & the Old Mill. From here guests enjoy the sound of water falling over the dam, and there is a small deck where they might enjoy a cup of coffee.
